Assessment Data - Gathering Evidence


My intention before collating the data below was to have a literacy focus , linking  - Language in Abundance, however once I completed the data transfer for literacy perspective, I decided to collate the mathematics as well. 
This therefore has led to me adapt my inquiry to include literacy and numeracy.
